Schweizer's Discovery About 1M Chinese Votes Calls for Clarification

On Saturday, Rep. Brad Knott (R-North Carolina) raised intriguing questions about the potential influence of Chinese nationals in U.S. elections.

Knott pointed to an article by Breitbart News’ Bradley Jay concerning the so-called “Manchurian Generation,” referring to over a million Chinese individuals with American citizenship who may participate in upcoming elections.

In a social media update, Knott expressed his interest in feedback on several questions.

“1. Why doesn’t China capitalize on open borders? 2. Is there a careless application of birthright citizenship? 3. How does this affect the millions of ‘American citizens’ who still have ties to China?” he posted.

The article discussed by Breitbart indicates that more than one million Chinese Americans, raised in a communist environment, are gearing up to vote in U.S. elections. This follows earlier reports that highlighted the U.S. immigration system’s bias towards countries like China, which have significant influence over the EB-5 visa program—primarily aiding wealthy Chinese investors and their families.

In his book, investigative journalist Peter Schweitzer details how these voters—often from elite backgrounds—have been schooled under a regime that shapes their perceptions of American ideals through a biased lens. Once they reach 21, these individuals can register to vote in elections, and their parents can help them become permanent residents.

Breitbart claims that in 2024, during Joe Biden’s presidency, the influx of Chinese nationals crossing the U.S. border surged by over 37,000 percent in recent years.
