Scooter Braun commends Justin Bieber's latest album

Scooter Braun has received considerable acclaim after declaring Justin Bieber’s latest album “Swag” to be “the most authentic Justin Bieber album ever” following a multi-million-dollar deal with the artist.

“It’s beautiful, raw, and truly represents him. That’s significant,” remarked Bieber’s former manager in an Instagram story on Saturday.

Brown, who claims the privilege of witnessing Bieber’s “growth” for almost two decades, expressed, “This is the moment for an artist to fully embrace his own work—and he did just that.”

“He invested his soul into this project, and you can sense it in every note,” the former mentor elaborated.

Brown stated, “I wasn’t just playing a part in this, but as someone who has always believed in him, I’m really proud and impressed. I genuinely enjoy the music.”

He highlighted “Daisy” as his favorite song from the album, released on Friday, encouraging fans to “stream it and support authentic voices.”

This enthusiastic endorsement follows a resolution of a significant financial dispute between Bieber and Braun earlier in the week.

Bieber previously accepted a $40 million advance from tour promoter AEG. However, after canceling his “Justice” tour in 2022, the company sought repayment of the funds. Braun reportedly helped resolve these financial issues through his Hybe company, and Bieber is said to have agreed to reimburse him. Before this recent settlement, Bieber had only made one payment of $26 million to Brown.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that in addition to the existing debt, Bieber owes another $5.5 million in unpaid fees from their collaboration, according to sources.

Amid these financial challenges, Bieber released his seventh studio album, “Swag,” through Def Jam Records on Friday.

The highly anticipated album features tracks that might hint at struggles in his marriage to Hailey Bieber, with whom he shares a young son named Jack Bruce.

In “Daisy,” Braun’s favorite track, lines seem to echo feelings of uncertainty, asking, “Do you love me or not?”

One lyric captures this sentiment: “My head is spinning. I don’t know when it will stop / I said ‘forever,’ baby, did you mean that? “Honey, I got it, I get it, I get it.”
