Scott Wolf’s Restraining Order Against Wife Lifted
Scott Wolf’s temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelly Wolf, has been lifted. A judge in Utah granted the actor’s request to dismiss the protective order after a hearing on Wednesday.
As part of this ruling, the lawsuit will be dismissed, and any previous confidentiality agreements will no longer be valid, as reported.
Representatives for Scott did not respond right away to requests for comments.
Despite their recent divorce issues, Scott allowed Kelly to attend their son Miller’s 13th birthday celebration. The 57-year-old actor has shared moments of his youngest son on social media, including a photo of Kelly embracing him.
In a lighthearted Instagram post, he noted, “I’m a teenager now. I’m going to tighten my chinstrap for this.”
In a show of goodwill, Scott also publicly acknowledged Kelly’s 49th birthday on Instagram.
This positive update comes after Kelly entered a treatment facility for mental health issues in September. She then transferred to another rehab center on October 14 for continued care. It was her second visit to rehab in a month; she initially checked into a facility in Arizona on September 7 but was released shortly after and spent some time in a hotel.
After her first rehab stint, Kelly mentioned that her weight had dropped to 97 pounds, emphasizing that she wasn’t “crazy.” She insisted she needed respect and peace, stating, “I have no criminal record. I don’t abuse drugs or alcohol.”
Kelly has faced legal troubles recently, having been arrested for harassment in August. Following this incident, she has been prohibited from contacting Scott and their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 13, and Lucy, 11.
Scott filed for divorce from Kelly on June 9, after 21 years of marriage, and later sought a restraining order after she was placed under mental confinement.
It’s a complicated situation, filled with ups and downs, and it seems both are navigating their way through a difficult chapter.
