Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs forced male photographer to perform oral sex: lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been charged in a new lawsuit that forced a male photographer to give oral sex on the set of commercials.

According to court documents filed with the Manhattan Supreme Court, the man identified only as John Doe, claiming he was working on a “famous” commercial in late 2022 or early 2023, forcing him to be “blatant sexual quid-pro-quo.”

Combs is said to have the lawsuit filed Wednesday brought the photographer back to his trailer to discuss potential career opportunities.

“Combs framed the meeting as an opportunity for plaintiffs to advance his career. The plaintiffs were hesitant to refuse what appears to be the moment when they decided on the career they received,” the filing country said.

“As we entered the trailer, Combs' true intentions were quickly revealed. What seemed like a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity was the thinned Quid-Pro-Qo.”

According to the submission, the photographer claims that Combs began sexual advances as soon as he was behind a closed room.

“He thawed his pants and in response to the plaintiff's words, “If you're going to suck.” [it] Yes, I'll take off your career. “It was also clear that if the plaintiff did not oral sex with the comb to satisfy him, his career would be over,” the lawsuit alleges.

The photographer claimed that if he failed to comply with sexual acts, Combs also threatened him with physical violence.

In the wake of the alleged incident, Snapper claims he had to return to work — despite him being “treasing the trauma of the situation.”

Combs' legal team denied the photographer's allegations.

“No matter how many cases are filed, particularly by individuals who refuse to put their name behind their claims, Combs will not change the fact that no one, a man or woman, an adult, or a minor, has ever sexually assaulted or sexually trafficked him,” they said in a statement.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial judicial process to find the truth, and Combs is sure he will win in court.”

The allegations are one of a wave of civil lawsuits filed against the fallen rapper after being slapped last September on federal sex trafficking charges.

Combs, who pleaded not guilty to federal charges and is scheduled to face trial in May, is in custody in Brooklyn without bail for federal custody.
