Sean “Diddy” Combs has put his Holmby Hills mansion on the market for $61.5 million, according to property records.
Combs, 54, purchased the massive estate in Los Angeles' billionaire's district in 2014 for $39 million.
A source told Fox News Digital that the sale of the 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion “has nothing to do with the civil lawsuit or investigation.”

“Diddy established his home base in Miami years ago with the intention of selling his LA home once his daughters were grown and moved out,” the source said. “He spends most of his time in Florida now that his kids are empty nesters. He has nothing to do with the civil lawsuit or investigation.”

This traditional home features a gourmet kitchen and wine cellar, as well as a separate catering kitchen and a state-of-the-art theatre that can accommodate up to 35 guests.
The second floor main suite features a double bath and large closet, and a gallery hall leads to a guest room and family suite, while the large two-story guest house includes a gym and recording studio.
Didi's representatives and real estate agent, Kurt Rapaport, did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's requests for comment.

Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs' home searched by Homeland Security
In a statement shared with Fox News Digital, HSI confirmed the searches of Diddy's homes in Holmby Hills and Star Island, saying, “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York Office, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and local law enforcement, conducted law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation. We will provide more details as they become available.”
The next day, Diddy released a statement through his lawyer, Aaron Dyer, in which he first maintained his innocence and denied the “baseless accusations” made against him.
“Military-level force was used grossly excessively when a search warrant was executed at Mr. Combs' residence yesterday. There is no excuse for the excessive force and hostility displayed by authorities, or the treatment of his children and employees. Mr. Combs was not detained and has spoken and cooperated with authorities,” Dyer said. “Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor his family have been arrested or had their movements restricted.”
“This unprecedented surprise attack, combined with a sophisticated and organized media presence, has resulted in a premature rush to judgment against Mr. Combs and amounts to nothing more than a witch hunt based on baseless accusations in a civil lawsuit,” he added.
