A day after shocking allegations of rape and years of abuse by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex-girlfriend ‘Cassie’, the pair have settled the lawsuit she filed against the rapper.

On Friday night, Diddy and Cassie resolved their lawsuit “to our mutual satisfaction,” according to a statement obtained by FOX News Digital.

Kathy, legally known as Cassandra Ventura, claims in a lawsuit filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York that she has endured “violent behavior and thwarted demands” from Diddy for “more than a decade.” he claimed.

“After years of silence and darkness, I am finally telling my story and speaking out on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships. I’m ready to speak out for the cause,” she told FOX News Digital in a statement. . “With the expiration of the New York State Adult Survivors Act looming, it became clear that this was my opportunity to speak about the trauma I had experienced and would be recovering from for the rest of my life.”

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably under conditions that I have some control over,” Kathy said in a statement. “I would like to thank my family, fans, and attorneys for their unwavering support.”

Combs continued in his statement that the decision was mutually agreed upon and that he held no ill will towards the singer.

“We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. We wish Kathy and her family all the best. We love them.”

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but Kathy’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, said it was brave of Kathy to come forward and pursue the lawsuit.
