NHL star Evander Kane's ex-wife publicly revealed on Friday that she was one of Sean 'Diddy' Combs' early sexual assault accusers.
Anna Cain, who was married to the Edmonton Oilers forward from 2018 to 2021, has come forward and accused the disgraced rapper of sexually assaulting her at a New York recording studio when she was a teenager. She became the first woman.
Cain originally filed the lawsuit against Combs in December 2023, but only identified herself as Jane Doe.
She was then ordered Friday to amend the lawsuit to include her name. According to TMZ.
“I wanted to use a false name to seek justice for what happened to me as a teenager,” Kane said. told Page Six said in a statement through her attorney, Douglas Wigdor.
Cain's amendment came after Combs' attorney was accused of trying to intimidate anonymous accusers into coming forward.
“The defendants' request to use my name was an attempt to blackmail me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to come forward and hold accountable those who have harmed me. ” added Anna Kane.
The complaint, obtained by Page Six, names three defendants: Combs, the music mogul's longtime lieutenant Herve Pierre, and a third unidentified person.
Pierre was Combs' longtime lieutenant and former president of Bad Boy Entertainment.
Kane has accused three men of drugging and raping her, a 17-year-old high school student.
Kane claims she went to a nightclub in Detroit with friends, where she met Pierre, who called her “hot” and wanted her to meet Combs, his “best friend” and “brother.”
Combs said Pierre allegedly called the rapper and had him talk to Kane, and Combs said the boy had flown to New York City with Pierre and a third man. I was hoping to meet you.
Pierre, who was allegedly smoking crack cocaine before boarding a private flight to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, forced the boy to perform oral sex on him, according to the complaint.
When the group arrived at Combs and Bad Boy's dad's house recording studio, the boy was given drugs and alcohol by three men.
“As the night progressed, 17-year-old Cain became increasingly inebriated and eventually reached the point where it was impossible for him to consent to sex with anyone, much less someone twice his age. ”, the complaint states. .
“While in the studio, Ms. Kane was gang-raped by Mr. Combs, then a third assailant, and then Mr. Pierre.”
Cain claims Combs first raped her in the bathroom as she was “hanging” over the sink, removed her underwear and pressed himself against her.
“While Mr. Combs raped Ms. Doe, she complained that he could not 'get off' unless she pinched her nipples as hard as she could,” the filing states.
“Mr. Combs then witnessed a third assailant, who was not even aware that Ms. Cain had started having sex with him, rape Ms. Cain after she told him to stop.”

Kane claimed that after Pierre's surgery, she collapsed on the bathroom floor and lay in a fetal position because her “vagina hurt.”

Combs, 54, responded to the lawsuit in a statement through his attorney at the time, categorically denying the allegations and saying, “Enough is enough.”
“For the past few weeks, I have watched in silence as people attempted to assassinate my character and destroy my reputation and legacy,” he said in a statement. “Nasty allegations have been made against me by people looking for a quick paycheck.”
“Let me be clear: I have not done anything as terrible as has been alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and my truth,” the statement concluded.
Kane's suit included four photos taken inside Combs' studio, including one of her sitting on the rapper's lap.
She is suing Combs, Pierre, the record company and the recording studio for unspecified damages under city law. The law allows victims of abuse that occurred within the city to file old claims, even if they occurred later. It was established beyond the statute of limitations.
Combs remains locked up in a federal prison in Brooklyn after another attempt at bail was denied by a judge.
The 55-year-old has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, extortion and prostitution.
Anna and Evander married in 2018 and have a daughter.
