Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new $15 million sexual assault lawsuit as his legal troubles deepen.
LaTroya Grayson claims Diddy sexually assaulted her when she was 23, according to a civil complaint filed Friday and obtained by Fox News Digital. The Oklahoma woman claimed to have won an invitation to a party hosted by the rap mogul in 2006.
Court documents say Grayson attended a “black party” on October 16, 2006, and woke up in the hospital the next morning. “when [Grayson] When she returned to the hotel, she called a friend and explained that she didn't know what had happened to her. [she] She was drugged, assaulted, robbed, had no recollection of ending up in the hospital, and believed her last memory was attending Diddy's Black Party. ”

“Ms. Grayson admits that she has no recollection of the events alleged in the complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are completely It's a made-up story.”
The woman had no recollection of what happened after having two “ready-made drinks” at the party.
When she woke up in the hospital, she claimed that her “shirt was torn, her underwear was gone, she had no shoes on, and the money she had brought with her on the trip was stolen.”
After returning to Oklahoma, Grayson allegedly received a “threatening” phone call from an anonymous woman. [Grayson] tell her there is no attempt to pursue anything [her] Defendant Combs is a “celebrity”; [Grayson] “You're just wasting her time.”
Grayson included a copy of her flight information and a hotel receipt for her trip from Oklahoma to New York City with her application.

A representative for Combs insisted that Grayson's claims were “pure fiction” and never happened.
“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking,” a statement provided to FOX News Digital said. “Ms. Grayson admits that she has no recollection of the events alleged in the complaint, does not know who was involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are completely fictitious. As I have previously stated, he has never spoken to Mr. Combs.'' Mr. Combs is unwilling to respond to baseless lawsuits or lawyer-driven money-making efforts, and he has never spoken to Mr. Combs. I believe that they will be separated. ”

Diddy is facing several civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault, including one in which he and “Celeb A” are accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.
Jay-Z added The amended complaint names the rap mogul as “Celebrity A.”
A new version of the lawsuit says the 13-year-old boy became disoriented after having one drink and found a bedroom to rest. Jay-Z, Diddy, and a woman named “Celeb B'' also appear to have followed the girl into the room. According to court documents, she “instantly recognized all three celebrities.”

The lawsuit alleges that Jay-Z raped the girl, and then Diddy raped the plaintiff, all while “Celebrity B” watched.
The “Empire State of Mind” rapper vehemently denied the allegations in a statement shared on Roc Nation's social media.
“These allegations are so heinous in nature that we would like to see criminal charges filed instead of civil suits!! Anyone who commits such crimes against minors should be prosecuted. They should be locked up. Don't you agree? These alleged victims deserve real justice,” he wrote in part.
Combs also denies the charges against him.
