A man has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of harassment and stalking after being spotted acting “unusual” near Taylor Swift's New York City home, police said.
“In the area of Franklin Street and Hudson Street in the First Precinct, officers were approached by multiple complainants who noted an emotionally unstable male who was acting erratically at the scene,” NYPD said. a spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital.
“Officers observed a man harassing multiple complainants and took him into custody. No one was injured, but the man was charged.”

The NYPD announced that the arrest was made Monday night at 6 p.m. on a 33-year-old Seattle man named David Crowe.
Police responded Saturday to another report of a disorderly person.
Authorities have not confirmed an attempted break-in to Swift's home, but police announced Sunday that they arrested a man on the same street after a report of him trying to open a door to a building, according to the Associated Press. .
A spokesperson said the man was charged on an unrelated 2017 warrant out of Brooklyn, New York, for failure to comply with a subpoena.
The NYPD did not release the man's name at the time and could not confirm to Fox News Digital whether he was the same man arrested last night.
