The language President Donald Trump has used in recent weeks to describe his close encounter with death on July 13 suggested an appraisal of power that a secular materialist might be quick to deny.
Further assassination attempts have led Trump to take an even tougher stance, suggesting his survival despite the efforts of his enemies was not a matter of luck, but rather an act of God.
