Security Situation at CIA Headquarters: Large Police Presence

Security Incident at CIA Headquarters

A significant police presence was observed early Thursday at the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, leading to the closure of the main entrance. Sources relayed this information to Breitbart News.

A CIA spokesperson mentioned, “There was a security incident prompting a law enforcement response at the CIA headquarters. The primary gate is currently closed, and employees are advised to seek alternative routes. Further details will be provided as necessary.”

Additionally, the CIA has announced a closure of X’s admission.

According to reports from NBC Washington, Fairfax County officials responded to claims of a shooting “on CIA property” around 4 AM.

The incident has been described as “non-fatal,” and investigations are ongoing.

Interestingly, earlier this year on March 19, 2025, the CIA headquarters faced a lockdown due to a situation involving what appeared to be a handgun outside the building, as reported by ABC News.

This previous conflict escalated into a “barricade incident,” with gunmen eventually surrendering after hours of negotiations.
