Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Casey (D), who is running against Republican candidate David McCormick for a Senate seat in 2024, joined President Joe Biden in declaring Easter Sunday “Transgender Visibility Day.”
“I am proud to recognize Transgender Visibility Day and support all people living their lives as who they are. I want transgender and nonbinary children, students, and adults to be protected and respected in America “I will always fight like that,” Casey posted on X.

His post comes despite Easter, one of Christianity’s holiest celebrations, the day before Biden declared March 31, 2024 “Transgender Visibility Day.” This was in response to the backlash for what he had done.
The White House has since doubled down on his declaration, and Mr. Casey and other Democrats have followed suit.
Meanwhile, businessman and military veteran Dave McCormick posted a photo of himself and his wife on X after Easter service, adding:

Former Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s campaign released a statement demanding an apology from Biden. Trump campaign spokeswoman Caroline Levitt said in a statement first reported by Breitbart News:
It’s surprising that Joe Biden’s White House banned children from submitting religious egg designs to Easter art events and declared Easter Sunday a “day of transparency.” , is insulting. Sadly, these are just two more examples of his years of attacks on the Christian faith by the Biden administration. We call on the failure of Joe Biden’s campaign and the White House to the millions of Catholics and Christians across America who believe that tomorrow is only for one celebration: the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. ask for an apology.
