Senior military leader of Al-Qaeda affiliate killed in US airstrike

According to a press release, Haras Al-Din, a senior military leader in terrorist organizations, an al-Qaeda affiliate, was killed in a Syrian precision airstrike carried out by US Central Command (CENTCOM) forces.

Muhammed Yusuf Ziya Talay was killed in airstrikes, and Centcom says it is part of an effort to “disrupt and degrade” terrorist plans to harm civilians or military personnel from the United States and its allies.
