An illegal alien from Mexico who has been deported from the United States seven times is facing charges of aggravated murder in Butler County, Ohio.
Fermin Garcia Gutierrez, 46, an illegal alien gang member from Mexico, was arrested. Paid Sheriff Richard Jones said Butler County not only has drug and gun crimes, but also homicides.
Garcia-Gutierrez has been to the Butler County Jail 11 times in total, Jones said, and has been there three times using seven different names.
Most shockingly, Garcia-Gutierrez was deported from the United States to Mexico a total of seven times.
“What impact will this have on Butler County, Ohio? We had over 1,000 cases. [illegal alien] “In the three years since Biden became president, more prisoners are being held in Ohio’s Butler County Jail on state charges,” Jones said at a news conference.
At least 2,000 of those 1,000 cases have resulted in state charges. [illegal alien] prisoners. The cost to house these prisoners is approximately $2 million. The court system and everything that comes with it will cost him another $2 million. Butler County had to pay approximately $4 million. [Emphasis added]

On Friday, Butler County authorities announced that 41-year-old Fernando Oviedo has been identified as the alleged victim in Garcia-Gutierrez’s murder.
If it weren’t for the country’s porous southern border, “that person would still be alive today,” Jones said. “If he gets killed.” [people] We don’t know how many people he killed in Mexico. ”
