‘Several’ countries lined up to accept deported Venezuelan gang members, Homan says

President-elect Donald Trump's incoming border czar, Tom Homan, said his administration is prepared to deport illegal aliens to other countries if their countries of origin refuse to accept deportation flights from the United States. Ta.

Monaka interview Homan said on Fox News over the weekend that Venezuelan gang member Torren de Aragua will be deported even if Venezuela continues to deny him a repatriation flight.

“There are several other countries that will accept us from day one.”

Earlier this month, NBC News reported that the Trump administration is compiling a list of countries that will accept illegal aliens from other countries. The list at the time reportedly included the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Bahamas, Panama and Grenada, with more likely to be added.

A Trump administration spokesperson told NBC News: “President Trump is committed to the American people's commitment to stop illegal immigration, secure our borders, and deport dangerous criminals and terrorists who threaten the safety of our communities. He was given a mission, and he will carry it out.” ”

Homan confirmed the plan to Fox News while attending Turning Point USA's America Fest, explaining that the administration already has a list of countries willing to accept illegal aliens.

He said the TDA's “days are numbered.”

“They will be arrested. They will be detained. And they will be removed,” he said. “I've been talking to some countries and they're saying that if Venezuela doesn't bring them back, other countries are willing to take them back too. So they will be deported.”

Homan explained that he believes Venezuela will eventually agree to take back its citizens and that the Trump administration will no longer need to send illegal immigrants to other countries.

“During the first administration, El Salvador did not want to bring back MS-13 members. President Trump took me 48 hours to get a plane full of MS-13 members from El Salvador.”

Homan said he believes President Trump will secure a “unilateral negotiation” with Venezuela.

“There are several other countries that are willing to respond from day one, even if it takes a little longer to negotiate and discuss,” he said.

President Trump claimed last week that Venezuela would begin accepting repatriation flights.

“They will get them back,” he declared. “They’re all getting theirs back.”

during his amfest speech On Sunday afternoon, Homan told the audience that the Biden administration had “failed to secure the border … not out of mismanagement or incompetence” but “on purpose.”

“People always ask me why I'm taking this so seriously, and people say, 'Tom Homan is a racist. Tom Homan is an asshole. Say whatever you like. Please, I don't blame you,'' he continued. “I stood behind a trailer containing 19 suffocated and burned aliens, including a 5-year-old boy who died in his father's arms. Throughout my career, I've seen tragedies. I've held dying children. ”

“I've seen dead alien bodies on the street. I've talked to nine-year-old girls who have been raped multiple times by criminal cartels. They are animals,” he said.
