The female lawyer suing Shannon Sharp has released a second audio clip. What he says is a former NFL star threatening to “chalk” women in public.
clip, Get by TMZ And released by lawyer Tony Buzby is a phone conversation between Sharp and Jane Doe, who filed a $50 million lawsuit against Nevada’s Pro Football Hall of Fame on Sunday.
The clip begins with a woman asking if a man who was identified by Do’s legal team as “coming to LA tomorrow” would “come to LA tomorrow.”
It led to women asking, “Well, I don’t know why I want to go out.”
“Don’t worry, [name redacted]The man said.
After a while, the conversation changes course and Doe tells the man that he doesn’t want to suffocate.
“Well, I’m not particularly interested in choking, so I think we’ll go,” she said on the recording.
“Ha! I might suffocate you in public. ‘The big, black guy is small and suffocating white women,” the man replied.
The woman replied, “That’s not what it looks like, Shannon.” The man’s voice reacts with anger towards her.
“You did s-t to me, it doesn’t look good,” the man said.
The clip will end soon after.
It is unknown when the suspicious phone conversation took place.
It is the second such clip released claiming to show Sharp, who offered multiple denials on allegations made against him.
in Audio clips obtained on page 6 On Tuesday, Sharp told the woman, “Lord, I have mercy. If you say that word again, I will s-t from you when I meet you. …Thank you.”
It came in response to what she said to her man who was identified on page 6, “Don’t manipulate me.”
Sharp’s representatives claimed he had done nothing wrong, and some of his relationship with the woman (which was identified by Sharp’s legal team but not named by the Post) involved role-playing.
His legal team also released hundreds of pages of text messages between the two to establish a part of the pair’s relationship.
The text released in the media on Tuesday, although not independently verified, claims it highlights “a pattern of sexual roleplay that involves her being choked by him.”
In one message allegedly came from a woman suing Sharp, the 56-year-old representative pointed to interaction on October 9, 2023 as an example of the nature of the relationship.
“I want you to place the dog’s collar around my neck and suffocate me while I squeeze me,” the message read.
Buzbee did not immediately respond to the post when asked for comment.
The woman sues Sharp for $50 million, claiming that Sharp committed sexual assault, dedicated battery and sexual battery, and intentionally caused emotional distress during the nearly two years of relationship.
The two met at a gym in Los Angeles when the woman was 20 years old and Sharp was in her 50s and they began a “rocky, consensual relationship.”
Sharp’s representatives describe it as “consensual sexual relations.”
