Shannon Sharpe seeking $100M podcast deal

Shannon Sharp is on the market and prices are high.

Colin Cowherd’s Hall of Fame media with The Volume Podcast Network has expired, and Sharpe has received several offers for his talent and is expected to agree to deals of up to $100 million. Front office sports.

The agreed New Deal includes not only Sharp’s shows, but all shows on the Sharp Network. This includes “Club Shay Sheae”, “Night Cap”, “Club 520 Podcast”, “Babba Dub Show”, and “The Humble Villain”.

The expected revenue also surpasses 15-year NFL career revenues, which won three Super Bowls and a selection of four first-team All-Pros and eight Pro Bowls when playing with the Broncos and Ravens.

In the NFL, Sharpe won $22,328,500 in the 2000 best-paid season when the Ravens made $5 million in 2000.

Following Sharpe’s dramatic division with Skip Bayless on the “uncontroversial” show in Fox Sports 1, the media personality partnered with Volume in August 2023 to create “Club Shay Shay.”

The show has become one of the most popular sports and entertainment podcasts, especially on YouTube, with nearly 4 million subscribers.

One of his interviews was a nearly three-hour chat with comedian Kat Williams, who spiked his podcast, reaching 89 million views since its release on January 3, 2024.

Sharpe’s popularity also grew when he became a regular at ESPN shows such as “First Take” with Stephen A. Smith.
