Shaquille O’Neal suggests that Blue Origin’s space mission with an all-female crew was faked.

Shaquille O’Neal Comments on Blue Origin’s Recent Space Flight

In a recent chat with comedian David Spade, basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal shared his thoughts on Blue Origin’s latest mission, notable for having an all-female crew. Founded by Jeff Bezos, who is well-known as Amazon’s founder and executive chairman, Blue Origin continues to push boundaries in space exploration.

O’Neal mentioned that he finds it hard to believe that space travel is as real as it seems, suggesting that Bezos, who is clearly devoted to his fiancée Lauren Sanchez, wouldn’t genuinely risk her safety by sending her into space. He expressed skepticism about the motivations behind such flights during their conversation.

The Blue Origin mission included notable personalities like Sanchez, singer Katy Perry, television host Gale King, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bow, film producer Kellianne Flynn, and civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen. It’s interesting to think about how such a diverse group came together to experience something so extraordinary.

However, O’Neal also pointed out what he perceived as inconsistencies in the video released by Blue Origin, claiming that parts of it appeared staged. “I know Jeff loves Lauren. He won’t risk her,” he remarked, casting doubt on the authenticity of the footage presented.

He went on to comment about the condition of the women’s hair in the video, noting that it seemed as if they were in a windless environment, which is peculiar for a flight in space. “Katy Perry’s hair didn’t move. Laura’s hair didn’t move. No one’s did,” O’Neal noted, which did raise some eyebrows.

Despite reaching out for comments, Blue Origin did not respond immediately. The mission itself lasted just over ten minutes, with Perry later describing the experience as “second only to being a mom.” She emphasized her need to trust that the universe will take care of her and her loved ones, a sentiment that might resonate with many.
