(UPI) — Comedian Shecky Greene has died at the age of 97. Mr. Green's wife, Marie Musso Green, Said of Las Vegas Review JournalHe died of natural causes Sunday morning at his home in Las Vegas.
“He always made everything he could with humor. He made you laugh and made you feel good. It was a happy time,” Green said of his spouse of 41 years. Told.
Born Fred Sheldon Greenfield in Chicago, Green was a World War II Navy veteran who became famous for his decades of nightclub performances. while fighting Stage fright, alcoholism, prescription drug abuse, gambling addiction.

Green was also a regular. The Tonight Show Johnny Carson Opened for headline music show By music legends frank sinatra and Elvis Presley.
