Jacks Ulbric, the Falcons defensive coordinator and son of former interim Jets head coach Jeff Ulbric, has apologised for the mischievous call made to Chedur Sanders in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Sanders, along with several other prospects, received a prank call while waiting to be selected by the NFL team.
Jax Ulbrich issued a social media statement on Sunday after the NFL investigated the situation.
“I made a tremendous mistake on Friday night,” the statement read. “Sidh, what I did was totally forgiven, embarrassing and shameful. Sorry|Take from your moment, it was selfish and childish. I could not imagine myself ready to celebrate one of the biggest moments of your life.”
Falcon I checked again In a statement that Jax, 21, was responsible for the phone, he said Sanders’ number was “when he visited his parents’ house, he left the open iPad and wrote the number to make a prank call later.”
The team denied that Jeff had knowledge of what happened and only found after it happened.
