Sheriff’s office reveals precisely how illegal aliens accused of preying upon a child stole into the US

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has released details of how three men from Honduras allegedly entered the United States illegally and ended up sexually assaulting a minor.

According to PBSO, Selvin Lopez-Lopez, Eric Lopez-Lopez and Jesselson Lopez-Lopez were “arrested on suspicion of numerous lewd and lascivious acts (capital sexual assault) of a minor under the age of 12.” Ta. The sheriff's office believes the abuse occurred between August of this year and the time of his arrest.

PBSO said that during the investigation, agents discovered that Selvin and Eric had illegally crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in 2021 and turned them over to U.S. Border Patrol. Upon release from custody, they were told to seek a court date, but apparently did not do so.

Jesselson reportedly crossed the border illegally in 2023 and was given a trial date in 2028 when he was released.

PBSO reported that all three are currently being held in the county jail without bail.

Back in March, Palm Beach County Sheriff Rick Bradshaw said he was frustrated to see illegal immigrants committing horrific crimes against women and children. His comments came after three similar incidents occurred within a few months.

“They shouldn't have been here in the first place. So people who shouldn't have been sacrificed at all were sacrificed,” he said, the newspaper reported.
