SHOCKING: BLM leader calls for violence after Daniel Penny found not guilty

Although Daniel Penny was acquitted of all charges and is considered a hero in the eyes of Americans around the world, BLM co-founder Hawk Newsom passionately disagrees.

“We need black vigilantes,” Newsom shouted after the verdict. “People are going to jump up and strangle us and kill us? Why don't we do the same thing when they try to oppress us? I'm tired.”

Jordan Neely's father also called for action to be taken after the verdict, but Rubin believes this is also a call to violence.

Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report” is understandably upset by what he's hearing from both men.

“So it's as close to a direct call to violence as you can get within the First Amendment,” Rubin said, adding, “You're not allowed to call on people to direct violence. ” he added.

“So when you see these mobs, whether it's BLM mobs or Hamas mobs or whatever, breaking into stores and looting and terrorizing children and women on the streets, you wonder again. All of this is like, well, how did this happen?'' he continues.

“Yeah, that's what we just showed you here. The media kind of lied about this story, racialized something that shouldn't be racialized, and the governor said that the trial was going to start and all the evidence. “I took the lead and immediately said that Daniel Penny was the bad guy before all of that happened,” Rubin explains.

“Then you wonder why we remain in this strange, toxic place for so long,” he added.
