A distressing video has emerged showing a woman being violently attacked during a concert at the Rose Bowl this past Sunday night.
Witnesses recorded a man striking a defenseless woman and her friend at the Lollapalooza show in Pasadena, California.
The victim shared that the incident began when her boyfriend accidentally spilled his drink on the man.
In an account on social media, the woman recounted how she positioned herself between her boyfriend and the aggressor, which led to her being brutally punched and knocked back against the bleachers multiple times.
As she described the scene, she noted that the assailant also attacked two other men while the crowd tried to separate him from her.
In a social media post, the woman expressed her disbelief at the violent behavior, highlighting the absurdity of it happening at a concert meant for enjoyment. She described the moment, saying, “This guy punched me in my face! I was completely knocked out and blood was flowing from my face,” while sharing the video of the incident.
Authorities in Pasadena have confirmed the details surrounding the attack but stated that the suspect has yet to be apprehended. The victim indicated that he “ran into a crowd and vanished.” Despite the chaos, she managed to spend the remainder of the concert in the medical tent, later returning to her hotel safely.
