Sicko accused of sexually violating dead body on NYC subway train arrested and charged with rape

Police said Shikko, accused of sexually infringing a body on a subway train under Manhattan, was arrested Sunday night.

Felix Rojas, 44, was charged with rape nearly three weeks after allegedly assaulting the body of a dead man on an R train near Whitehall Street Station, according to the NYPD.

The victim was identified as Jorge Gonzalez, a 37-year-old man from the family. Jorge Gonzalez mysteriously died on the train and is said to have been targeted by Rojas.

Security footage obtained by police says that the accused Necraliac fled the train around 12:08am, carrying out unpleasant behavior on the man who died shortly before midnight.

The NYPD blasted images of suspects on the train before the arrest was made.

His estranged wife said he had dealt with alcoholism and cirrhosis, but it was not immediately clear why it led to Gonzalez’s death.
