Over the past few years, Simone Biles' name has become synonymous with greatness.
The American superstar gymnast added another record to her already illustrious resume this summer in Paris, winning three more Olympic gold medals. Biles also debuted her “GOAT” charm necklace at the Summer Olympics.
As the custom jewelry piece went viral, fellow athletes and fans began sharing their reactions to Biles' casual entry into the debate over her status as the greatest gymnast of all time.

The 27-year-old “The Tonight Show” During a conversation with host Jimmy Fallon this week, Biles was asked how she felt about the GOAT title.

“You're looked up to. People call you the GOAT,” the talk show host and comedian said, “and you are the GOAT.”

She went on to explain that being called the GOAT serves as a warning not only to her supporters, but also to her critics.

“Well, I think it's funny to joke about it,” Biles told Fallon. “Obviously, my fans and people have accepted me and loved me and supported me throughout my journey, but [it’s for] I don't think so because haters always make comments like “Stop calling her the GOAT, she's not the GOAT.”
“So it kind of makes people happy and then angers them,” she said.
Anyone hoping to get a replica of Biles' necklace will face a significant obstacle: The jeweler who made the original eye-catching piece has vowed to “never” replicate it.

Biles' unique piece of jewelry features 546 diamonds and took approximately eight weeks to create.
“Each diamond is hand drilled and hand set – there are 546 of them – so it's a very laborious and time-consuming process,” the jeweler explained. “I have the best and most outstanding jewelers and master craftsmen, and they made it perfect.”
