Simone Biles, Gabby Thomas hug Caitlin Clark in legendary moment

Simone Biles is now a WNBA fan.

Gabby Thomas, the U.S. Olympic gymnast and gold medal-winning track and field star, visited Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Wednesday to watch Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever beat the Connecticut Sun, 84-80, and then met the victorious hometown team after the game.

Both Thomas and Biles were shown on the video board during the competition, both waving to Fever supporters, with Biles adding a heart hand gesture.

Fresh off winning three gold medals and one silver medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics, Biles posted on her Instagram Story that it was her first time attending a WNBA game.

She also posted a video of Clark making a 3-pointer, who set a rookie record for most 3-pointers made in a single season on Wednesday.

After the match, Biles and Thomas showed affection to Clark, exchanging hugs and posing for photos with the rookie and other Fever athletes.

Biles shared even more love on her X account.

“Everyone's watching women's sports,” she wrote. “So happy I can go and support them! This is my first time attending a WNBA game.”

Clarke seemed to enjoy the moment, sharing the same video to her own feed, writing, “Let me fangirl for a bit.”

It was a big night for Clark, as she finished with 19 points, five rebounds, five assists and set a 3-point record.
