A fan named Justin Lipelez filed a class action lawsuit against Madonna, listing a number of complaints, including the allegation that he was “exposed to pornography without warning.”

According to TMZ, Lipeles’ legal papers also included complaints about the star starting the show more than an hour and a half late, as well as allegations that he was lip-syncing onstage.

The lawsuit cites a previous incident in which Madonna arrived late to a venue, sparking backlash after the venue’s air conditioning was turned off.
According to The Blast, Lipelez argued that Madonna and her tour promoters were aware of her habits and should have taken steps to inform fans of the important information before the start of the concert.
Mr. Lipeles has requested a jury trial to address his complaints against Madonna and her associates.
