Around 12:40 a.m., six people were shot, one fatally, after shots rang out after a scuffle at a Waffle House in Indianapolis.
ABC News I got it. Initially it was reported that five people had been shot, but police were later notified that a sixth shooting victim was in critical condition.
“The incident started as a disturbance between two groups and escalated to gunfire,” police said.
