As September approaches, speculation is growing about what Apple fans might see in the company’s next iPhone lineup.
September is a month when Apple, led by CEO Tim Cook, often holds events to unveil the latest iPhone models and detail their features.
Apple has not officially announced the launch date of the iPhone 16 as of now, but recent reports suggest that the launch event could be scheduled around September 10th.

Apple customers could reportedly see the top-end iPhone 16 models, the Pro and Pro Max, have larger screen sizes than the current model. MacRumors.
Morgan Stanley rates Apple as AI’s “top pick,” shares hit all-time high
The iPhone 16 Pro could have a 6.27-inch screen, the outlet reports, while the Pro Max could reportedly have a 6.86-inch screen.
According to MacRumors, the four expected iPhone 16 models will have the A18 chip inside, which will provide more processing power. Bloomberg Also reported Apple has built such a chip into the iPhone 16s.
The tech giant’s current iPhone 15 series (iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max) are powered by two different chips: the former two models are equipped with the A16 Bionic, while the latter two are powered by the A17 Pro, according to a press release.

The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will also have an improved ultra-wide camera lens, which will reportedly have a 48-megapixel resolution, MacRumors reported.

There’s also speculation that the iPhone 16 models could come with camera upgrades, increased storage capacity, and other improvements.

On September 12th of last year, Apple held an event to announce the four current models of the iPhone 15. The event was called “Wanderlust.”
Apple said earlier this month that its iPhone division would generate net sales of $154.96 billion for the company in the first three quarters of 2024.

Apple’s product lineup includes iPhones, Mac computers, laptops, iPads, smartwatches and other technology products, as well as the Apple TV+ streaming platform, which offers a range of services.
Apple’s most recent event was its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in June, where the company outlined the “Apple Intelligence” system that it plans to build into future iPhone, iPad, and Mac products, and that some of its existing devices will also be able to feature the system.
