Barbara Eden, the actress famous for her role in the iconic sitcom “I Dream of Jeannie,” recently marked her 94th birthday on August 23rd. In a playful tribute to her beloved character, she shared a photo in her signature Jeannie pose, much to the delight of her nearly 130,000 Instagram followers.

She shared that the pandemic altered her workout habits, replacing spinning classes with a stationary bike and lighter weights. “I loved friendship and I loved spinning classes,” she reminisced. As she moves through her 90s, Eden emphasizes moderation in her diet—something she learned from her parents. “My mother’s mantra was ‘moderateness of everything,'” she said. While she enjoys various cuisines, including Italian and German dishes, she also has a sweet tooth. “I’m a sugar eater too,” she confessed, mentioning her favorite desserts like key lime pie and angel food cake.
Regarding her skincare routine, Eden sticks to simplicity, using gentle products that have served her well over the years. She believes that cleansing her face every night is crucial and has followed a consistent regimen since her teenage years.
