Mark Hamill, known for his role as Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars saga, is receiving backlash from some fans after reports about his autograph pricing surfaced online. Critics have deemed the costs at fan conventions shockingly high.

At his autograph table, a sign prominently displayed the price list: $400 for 8×10 photos, $500 for premium items, and $700 for larger memorabilia. It also mentioned that daily quantities were limited.

Many fans believe the rising prices at expos have escalated to an unreasonable level, comparing it to something out of the galaxy. One user on social media expressed their frustration, saying, “This is a man who loves his fans so much that he extorts cash.” Comedian Steve Byrne chimed in with a joke, “May the fleece be with you.”

Some questioned if the price was justified, with one critic commenting, “Is his autograph really worth it?” This sparked conversations among fans, leading to mixed reactions.
