Starbucks re-aligns top leadership roles splitting US and international CEOs

Starbucks is disrupting its top management team, including appointing additional CEOs to oversee specific regions.

The coffee giant announced Monday that it has created a new role as CEO of North America and named Michael Conway, a 13-year Starbucks veteran, to the role. Conway currently serves as group president of international and channel development.

Starbucks also plans to promote Brady Brewer, chief marketing officer who has been with the company for 20 years, to CEO of Starbucks International.

Mr. Brewer will oversee several regions, including Asia Pacific. Europe, middle east And Africa. Japan; Latin America and the Caribbean.
