Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin did not want to answer questions about his future with the organization after the team lost to the Buffalo Bills in the wild-card playoffs on Monday.

The reporter began the question by saying, “Mike, you have one year left on your contract.'' The head coach looked around before stepping off the podium.

Pittsburgh faced turmoil during the season when issues erupted between wide receivers Diontae Johnson and George Pickens. The team also fired offensive coordinator Matt Canada during the season. This, combined with the team starting three quarterbacks, makes for a very difficult season.

However, Pittsburgh managed to go 10-7, finishing above .500 for the 20th straight year.

Tomlin represents a successful coaching staff for the Steelers over the years. He won the Super Bowl in his second year following Bill Cowher.

Mr. Cowher replaced Mr. Chuck Noll in 1992. Noll has coached since 1969 and won four Super Bowls. No team has been more successful as a coach than the Steelers.
