Stefon Diggs alleges he was victim of extortion attempt in lawsuit

Stefon Diggs claims he is the victim of a real-life star attempt at a terror in a new lawsuit.

The free agent wide receiver is suing Mia Jones, also known as Mulan Hernandez, in a six-count lawsuit filed in Harris County, Texas this week.

Diggs, 31, claimed he was punched in the chest by Jones, and was “threatened with a deadly weapon,” and was the victim of “a tale of abuse that forced millions of dollars.” The Houston Chronicle reported.

Diggs' attorney Kent Schaffer described the relationship as “casual,” taking place months before the June 7 case was cited in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit seeks damages related to “the defendant's misconduct and the destruction of his property.”

Brianna “Brii” Mack is also listed as a defendant in the suit.

The lawsuit alleges Jones, who previously appeared in “Basketball Wife Orlando,” claiming that Mac destroyed his property in Diggs' apartment and “refused to leave.”

Jones is said to have gone to the hospital early that morning because of “nausea and vomiting” from what was described in the lawsuit as a “long” party night.

She was released from hospital within an hour and denied that she had suffered from “all kind of physical abuse,” the Chronicle reported.

Jones was then reportedly diagnosed for the second time a week later, claiming that she was “punched back to the back of her head with a fist.”

Diggs' attorney denied this, saying he had never seen the day Diggs filed a complaint.

The football star's lawsuit alleges Diggs was attacked by Jones, who hit the chest on the morning of the June 7 incident, and Jones allegedly punched him to his head.

He claimed that Jones had broken Diggs's watch and PC gaming system, but that Jones and Mac tried to force money from him.

TMZ reported The watch was worth $130,000 and Jones threw Diggs' phone into the toilet.

“There was a threat [Jones] He had to pay her or she was going to publicly ruin his career,” Diggs' lawyer told the Chronicle. “We're like when the threat has to stop, so the decision was made to go ahead and file.

“At some point, it just has to end.”

The Diggs played for the Texans for the 2024 season, but are now free agent.

He appeared in eight games against the Texans before packing the season-ending ACL tier in October.
