Stefon Diggs kisses Cardi B to mark the Patriots' Super Bowl 2026 appearance

Stefon Diggs, visibly emotional, shared with NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe his determination to prove he’s still at the top of his game, especially after celebrating the Patriots’ AFC Championship win with Cardi B.

The Patriots edged out the Broncos 10-7 in snowy conditions in Denver, securing their first Super Bowl appearance since 2019. This marks Diggs’ inaugural trip to the championship in his career.

The couple was seen embracing on the field, and a brief clip circulating online even captured a kiss between them.

Diggs commended the Patriots’ organization, describing the players and coaching staff as “the right group.”

Once a standout receiver, Diggs faced scrutiny after suffering a season-ending ACL tear in 2024 while playing for the Texans.

He made a comeback in 2025, leading the Patriots with 85 receptions and accumulating over 1,000 receiving yards during the regular season.

“They said they washed me out. They said I didn’t have it anymore. I just wanted to show myself that I could still do this,” Diggs mentioned to NFL Network. “This team gave me a chance, and I wanted to make them proud. I’m really thankful.”

In the playoff victory against the Broncos, Diggs recorded just five catches for 17 yards.

The AFC title game took place amid blizzard-like weather, with snow falling in the later parts of the game.

Throughout the playoffs, Diggs managed six receptions totaling 56 yards.

“We played a great team. We really fought hard,” he reflected. “I’m just grateful to be here.”

Diggs also sang praises for second-year quarterback Drake Maye, calling him a “soldier” and “MVP.”
