Stepdad claims he couldn’t have sexually abused teen because his genitals are too tiny

Colorado scoops tried to argue that they may not have sexually abused their teenage stepdaughter. Because he's too fat and his genitals are too small.

Brandon Robert Berg, 44, offered strange defenses from the age of 15 before being sentenced to 80 years in prison for sexually assaulting, abuse and branding teens.

Despite being married, Berg insisted that he was secretly gay. This means that he is “indifferent” to the girl. And he would not have been able to have sex with her because of “the small size of his belly fat and genitals.” According to the prosecutor In Arapaho County.

Police began investigating the couple in 2020 after reporting her stepfather for abusing her stepfather as she was 15 years old.

The abused girl was covered in scars containing a 4-inch Mark Berg given on a fork, and a “RB” branded with a heated knife, which she and Stepdad shared initials “RB”.

Despite Berg's denial, prosecutors said his DNA was found in the victim's underwear and throughout his body.

He was sentenced to 80 years in prison after being convicted of sexual assault on a child, aggravated incest and second assault.

His wife was sentenced to four years in prison after being convicted of aggravated incest.

“The victims in this case showed immeasurable courage and courage in speaking out,” Assistant Director Jacob Kremin said.

“She played a tool in preserving the evidence. The defendant worked together to present an array of ridiculous excuses, but the DNA had no doubts in the ju-degree minds regarding the defendant's guilt.”

“These accused robbed young teenage girls who were sexually, physically and emotionally abusing her,” said Assistant District Attorney Ryan Blackley.

“It's scary for a mother and stepfather to repeatedly abuse someone they are supposed to love and support. While the prison period will not undo the trauma that victims of these horrible crimes endure, I hope these sentences provide her with some degree of healing.”
