Police say an unknown man followed, assaulted and raped a 26-year-old woman in the Bronx on Wednesday morning.
Authorities say the victim was walking on Virginia Avenue near Wood Avenue in Parkchester around 3:30 a.m. when the creep followed him.
The ferocious predator then ambushed her, punched her multiple times on the right side of her body, and then raped her, police said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition, police said.
Authorities say the thugs took off after the disturbing attack, heading south on Virginia Avenue and east on McGraw Street.
Photos released by the NYPD show the suspect, who is still at large, wandering on the sidewalk.
