Subway’s new snack menu satiating appetite for growth, CEO says

Subway bosses say Americans’ desire to eat fresh at Subway is surging thanks to menu innovations and restaurant renovations.

“When we started the rebuild about three years ago, we had a plan to transform this into a restaurant-centric brand that was more focused on the guest experience. And while Subway was sold to Rourke Capital in August for billions of dollars, the CEO noted that the new ownership would not take effect until the second quarter of 2024.
