Amir Lancaster: [laughs] How did everyone find out Jasmine was pregnant? I don’t understand. Now I know everyone is talking about bigger breasts, but that was the only thing that was obvious. We were definitely lucky, mainly because other people were into it at all hours of the day. In the final episode, Summer disappeared around 2am, and the women were screaming at each other at that time. We were downstairs so didn’t hear anything. The basement became our safe place. You can no longer get into trouble just by being within earshot of the conversation.
You slept in Jasmine Ellis Cooper’s room when Natalie arrived for the couple’s weekend. Natalie, how did you feel when you moved into a shared house? Was she hesitating at all?
She didn’t hesitate, but she was nervous about understanding people. She wanted to be able to meet naturally well. She also wanted to make a better impression on everyone, but at the same time she didn’t know what kind of energy people wanted to give her. Her approach was simple. “I’m going to be friendly with people that I know are friendly, but I’m going to play it safe and stay neutral outside of that. And I’m going to take the opportunity to make good friends and make connections.” I’m going to make that.”
Although Jordan Emmanuel didn’t seem to take Natalie too warmly, the two were seen having a great time together on Instagram. Can you clear up any misconceptions about how they met?
I think in most cases females can coexist just fine. Sometimes you just need a chance to bond. Just receiving a nice comment or compliment like, “Oh, I love your nails” can spark a conversation and before you know it, you’ll hit it off. Natalie has been rooting for Jordan. We just went to her Freaknik set in New York. It’s great because they always share positive feedback. They are not very good friends. I don’t want to be a jerk, but we are friendly people to each other.
It must be very nerve-wracking to expose your relationship through social media. Do you pay no attention to that at all, or is it water off a duck’s back?
I wish it was water that fell off a duck’s back. People go to great lengths to make me aware of their opinions, so it’s hard not to pay attention to it. I try to take everything with a grain of salt. Obviously, people don’t know everything about us. They know what they’re looking at, and I have to remember that. Natalie must remember that. I have to allow people to vent about my posts, my family’s posts, LinkedIn, and anything else they feel they should reach out to.
First of all, it’s awful when people leave you rude comments. Secondly, it sounds like you and Natalie are not only great partners in life, but also great partners professionally.

What do you like most about Natalie as a colleague?
We have two very different ways of doing business, but we have a lot of fun together. She is a very professional woman and I have great respect for that. In an industry like real estate, there are many people who will do anything to get customers and close deals. She always keeps things above her 100% standard and never decides by her own standards. She’s very traditional in terms of business, while I’m a little looser. I want to throw parties and meet people in a natural and authentic way. First of all, I would like you to know who I am. I want my clients to love working with me because they love me, not because of what I can do professionally. Speaking of parties, you had a tense reunion with former cast member Mariah Torres at Preston Mitchum’s cocktail hour. What is the state of your friendships today?
we can coexist. We weren’t friends before, but now we have the same relationship we had at the beginning of the season. I think that’s a big win because I don’t think we had any friendship at all when she left. Unfortunately, accidents happen. No matter what people say, I made it clear that it was an accident.

I’m very excited. We’re going to have a chance to start next season with a fresh start, and we weren’t able to do that this season. The reunion will be a blank slate. But a lot of really difficult things happened this summer, so I’m really nervous. I don’t think everyone was able to express themselves to the fullest.My housemates were already a lot while we were on Martha’s Vineyard [laughs]. I can only imagine what they will do with their platform to speak for peace.
There will be fireworks.
