Finally, the week has arrived for what may be the biggest fight in boxing history, whether you want to believe it to be true or not.

YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul steps into the ring against former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, but everyone seems to have a strong opinion on how the fight should go. .

This fight will be Tyson's return to professional boxing. This will be his first professional fight since 2005, as his 2020 fight with Roy Jones Jr. was an exhibition. As for Paul, this is already his third match of the year. He has a career record of 10 wins, 1 loss, and 6 knockouts.

Of course, Paul irritates a lot of people. At just 27 years old, he was constantly making headlines and became a huge hit across Vine, Disney Channel, and YouTube.

One person who isn't a big fan of Paul's work is Super Bowl champion Andrew Whitworth.

“I hope Mike Tyson knocks his goddamn head off,” Whitworth told FOX News Digital in a recent interview.

Whitworth is one of many to criticize the legitimacy of Paul's boxing career. His first match was against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib, his second was against former NBA star Nate Robinson, and four of his next five matches were against current and former MMA artists. His only loss was to professional boxer Tommy Fury, the younger brother of former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

After fighting Nate Diaz, he fought Andre August and Ryan Borland, two boxers who don't even have a Wikipedia page. These fights lasted a total of 5 minutes and 2 seconds and both ended with a first round knockout of Paul.

Now, his next opponent is 58-year-old Tyson.

“Please, please [Paul] It's about fighting someone from my generation who has achieved the same level of success in boxing. But if he wants to keep picking the good stuff, and if fans want to follow Jake Paul's journey, that's good for them. But I hope Mike Tyson knocks him out,” Whitworth added.

Paul has long said he wants to eventually become a world champion and predicted he would become one by 2028. This summer, Paul said he had “three or four more years” left in the sport to “achieve everything I want to accomplish.” I hope to accomplish this within that deadline. ''In response, he was asked if it was an expectation that he would win the title within that period.
