Support Republican Steve Hilton instead of Democrat Xavier Becerra

Steve Hilton raises alarms over DSA influence in California, addresses homelessness and drug issues

Steve Hilton, a candidate for governor in California, appeared on ‘Fox & Friends’ to discuss the worsening crises surrounding homelessness and drugs in the state. He expressed concerns about a potential takeover by the Democratic Socialists of America and criticized his opponent, Xavier Becerra, for failing to address the needs of Californians. Hilton is calling for significant reforms in the state’s leadership as the election approaches.

The California Post has endorsed Hilton for governor, praising his bold campaign. The Republican candidate has proposed innovative ideas that some Democrats even support, such as eliminating income taxes for earnings up to $150,000.

He has advocated for reducing fuel prices by eliminating high gas taxes and costly “green energy” policies that burden household budgets without yielding environmental benefits. Regarding housing, Hilton believes California should focus on developing single-family homes instead of constructing unattractive high-rises.

Additionally, Hilton has taken a firm stance on transgender issues, defending girls’ rights in sports and advocating for parental transparency regarding their children’s activities.

Despite formidable challenges, he has actively rallied support statewide, even visiting Skid Row and areas heavily impacted by fentanyl to highlight the ramifications of years of poor governance in Sacramento.

Becerra, his Democratic rival, hasn’t gained enthusiastic support; even staffers from the Obama administration have expressed dismay at his candidacy. Close advisor Susan Rice once labeled Becerra as an idiot, a comment she didn’t deny despite backing him as the party’s nominee.

Many see Becerra as someone who has thrived politically without making significant contributions throughout his career. He transitioned from being an ineffective congressman to California’s attorney general and then to HHS secretary under Biden, yet he has little to show for his time in politics.

The stakes in this election are exceedingly high, with the California dream seemingly disintegrating.

Despite having the world’s fourth-largest economy, California leads in poverty and homelessness—quite a contradiction, don’t you think?

Businesses are departing the state, dragging jobs along, particularly in Hollywood, where tens of thousands are being lost. Over the past 16 years, Democrats have exercised unchecked power, leading to disastrous results.

Extremism, envy, and division have trampled over the California dream. Our major cities have seen chaos from rioting, and there’s growing concern over potential socialist control.

As politicians focus on climate change, they allow countless acres to burn annually in wildfires, negating any emissions gains and causing tremendous distress for many homeowners. Fraud permeates government programs while spending spirals out of control.

California’s infrastructure is deteriorating, schools are underperforming, yet there seems to be a lack of willpower in Sacramento to instigate change.

After nearly two decades of Democratic governance, voters are presented with a candidate—Becerra—who pledges to maintain the status quo.

In a recent debate, Becerra noted that repeating the same actions while expecting different outcomes is, well, insane. This year, Californians genuinely have a choice to make.
