Wheeler Supports Dr. Casey Means’ Appointment

President Donald Trump’s appointment of Dr. Casey Means as surgeon general has sparked discussions, with Liz Wheeler from “The Liz Wheeler Show” expressing her strong support for Means. Wheeler believes that even if she doesn’t agree with every health viewpoint Means holds, that’s okay. After all, it’s rare to find complete agreement within any movement.

Wheeler mentioned, “When I evaluate these appointments, I’m more concerned with whether the individual understands the needs of the movement rather than whether they mirror the same ideology.” She finds Casey Means’ understanding evident and encouraging.

In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, Wheeler brought attention to the fact that issues like lifestyle choices, processed foods, and environmental toxins are significant contributors to the rise in health problems.

“Casey’s passion for health is matched by her knowledge of American families, neighborhoods, and food safety—especially concerning harmful pesticides,” Wheeler stated.

Despite some negative comments regarding Means’ medical qualifications, Wheeler dismisses these concerns. “Honestly, it doesn’t matter to me whether she has an active medical license,” she emphasized. “Some of the most effective healthcare professionals lack formal licenses. A license doesn’t guarantee expertise; it often simply indicates a person has completed a program influenced by pharmaceutical interests.”
