Suspected TDA Gang Members Busted in NYC Freed Without Bail

Two Tren de Aragua gang members reportedly have been arrested in New York City on felony drug and gun charges.

The arrest came after a drug attack at the V&R Auto Collision Shop in Queens on February 5th. New York Post It has been reported Wednesday.

But prosecutors clearly reduced the charges, and the suspects identified as 27-year-old Jose Tamaronis Caldera and 33-year-old Richard Garcia were released without bail, the outlet said. The suspect who was arrested in the attack was Rafael Nieves, who owns the store. His fees have also been reduced.

“Tamaronis Caldera and Garcia illegally crossed the US border in 2023, but were released to the country under former President Joe Biden's LAX border policy,” a federal immigration source said.

More recently, the US State Department has designated Tren de Aragua, among such groups, such as foreign terrorist organizations, Breitbart News reported Wednesday.
