Several suspects are wanted in Washington, D.C., for allegedly assaulting police officers and vandalizing government property during anti-Israel riots last week, authorities said Tuesday.
The U.S. Park Police is asking the public for help in identifying six people allegedly involved in the incident, which occurred around 3:00 p.m. on July 24th at Columbus Circle in front of Union Station.
The riot broke out while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was visiting the parliament building to address parliament.
Fox News saw at least one protester, his face covered, holding up what appeared to be a flag of the terrorist group Hamas, while others could be heard chanting “Allah is great.”

At Union Station, agitators burned an American flag, vandalized a statue of Christopher Columbus with the words “Here Comes Hamas,” and took down an American flag flying outside the station, replacing it with a Palestinian flag.

Other statues and monuments, such as the Liberty Bell, were also damaged.

Fox News reported that the Washington, D.C. district attorney dropped minor charges against several other people arrested at the protests, though authorities stressed that this is an ongoing investigation and that more charges could be filed.
