Sydney Sweeney’s Daring Red Carpet Appearance

Sydney Sweeney certainly turned heads on Wednesday night with a striking look at the Variety “2025 Power of Women” event.

The actress was quite the sight in a shimmering, sheer silver dress that left little to the imagination.

This floor-length design, crafted by Christian Cowan, accentuated her waist and highlighted her curves beautifully.

At 28, she added a splash of color to her ensemble with a rainbow-themed piece laced at the back, paired tastefully with diamond earrings.

Sweeney’s recently styled blonde bob stood out as she posed confidently in her nude dress.

Following her time on the red carpet, the “White Lotus” star addressed the audience about the challenges of being “underrepresented” in the industry.

“I know what it feels like to have people define you before you have a chance to define yourself,” she shared. “I understand the pressure to prove you’re worth noticing and being taken seriously.”

She emphasized that everyone faces their own struggles, saying, “Sometimes strength isn’t flashy; it’s about getting back up, no matter who’s watching.”

In her closing remarks, Sweeney encouraged young women to embrace their true selves and assured them that “your power is already within you.”

She dedicated her words to boxer Christy Martin, whose story she portrays in the upcoming biopic, Christie, as well as to “all the women who inspire us in ways big and small.”

Before the event, she addressed some rumors regarding possible plastic surgery in an interview with Variety, clarifying, “I’ve never done anything like that. I’m scared of needles and don’t even get tattoos.”

She expressed a desire to “grow old gracefully,” pointing out, “The comparison photo that went viral? I was 12 there; of course, I look different now.”
