Sydney Warner’s biggest fear turned into the best thing for her and 49ers’ Fred Warner

Sidney Warner overcame his biggest fears and found the “sweet spot” on the other side.

The “Bachelor” alum and her husband, 49ers linebacker Fred Warner, gave birth to their son, Beau Anthony, via C-section on March 7.

Warner, a fashion and lifestyle influencer, spoke candidly about her pregnancy fears and the unknowns of her first pregnancy before Beau.

Now seven months postpartum, Warner says her son has inspired her to take on the job that most embodies “motherhood” for her family of three (so far).

“I just want to grow as much as I can and put out content that pays off well,” Warner said of The Crown Royal Whiskey with Black Cherry, his favorite drink to serve when officiating on 49ers game days. he told the Post while promoting the sour cocktail. .

“I want to be with moms and babies and push for whatever I want. I feel like my heart is right there right now.

“When we got pregnant, I think I thought, 'This is my biggest fear, let's go.' [I told myself] “I'm going to embrace it. I'm going to walk you through it every step of the way. [on social media] Because that's what I was doing before I got pregnant. ” …But honestly, for someone who was so afraid of pregnancy, it was the best experience. You have to let it go. I think if I did that and got excited about all the new things, I wouldn't be scared anymore.

“So I want the audience to see that and grow in that stage of my life. I think you can do your best no matter what stage you're in in life when it comes to work.” I think the sweet spot is Mom and Me, and definitely fashion. Those two things feel the most comfortable and the most authentic and natural for me, and that's what I always want to strive for. That's where I'm happiest.”

Warner, who has more than 222,000 followers on Instagram and 156,000 followers on TikTok, shares content about fashion, beauty, home and lifestyle, and works with brands such as Crown Royal and Abercrombie & Fitch.

The brunette beauty and the All-Pro linebacker also collaborate on their joint podcast, The Warner House, which is currently in its second season and features stories surrounding the NFL and their family lives.

“I think it came very naturally from Fred's management side,” Warner said of how the podcast came about. “They came up to us one day and said, ‘I’ve been seeing you guys and we’re so close to each other and we’re having so much fun… What about just talking about our lives and football on the podcast? I was like, 'Do you think so?'

“And we were like, 'Okay, how about that?'” That's how we are with each other, and it shows in the podcast. I think it returned really well. I also really enjoyed just sitting with my husband and talking about our week. It's like a little couples therapy. ”

Warner emphasized the importance of her other job: supporting her husband on and off the field.

The couple's wedding, which took place in California on June 25, 2022, was attended by Bachelor stars, including Azeez Alshar, Terrell Burgess, Dre Greenlaw, Emmanuel Moseley, Dante Pettis, and Kyle Van Noy. and NFL players were on the guest list.

However, she made it clear that she does not associate herself with the acronym WAG, which is a common term for the “wife or girlfriend” of a professional athlete.

“I don't consider myself a WAG, whatever it is,” said Warner, who previously appeared on Season 24 of The Bachelor with Peter Weber. Even though I am employed, I try to be a supportive wife to my husband.

“He loves what he does. We're lucky that he can play at such a high level. And he doesn't take it for granted. Neither do I. We'll accept this while we're at it. He's a veteran. “I'm from the South, so when I heard Whiskey Sour, I thought, 'Perfect, I'll sign up,'” she said. “My mother always did that. [Crown Royal] For the holidays. ”
