Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone had no concerns for the safety of his daughters when they decided to move to New York City. He also hired Navy SEALs to teach self-defense techniques.

Stallone’s two beautiful daughters, Sistine, 25, and Sophia, 27, moved to the big city in 2023, but not before their dad had input into the whole plan, they said.
“That was the hardest part. We were in the woods for about six hours,” Sistine told the newspaper as part of Season 2 of the Stallone family reality show. Stallone familyis scheduled to premiere on February 21st.

“Sofia and I were treated badly by them. They were real,” Sistine added. “And it’s no surprise that he would have us do something like this, because we grew up with his father training him in military-style self-defense all his life.”
They even revealed that Stallone imposed a morning routine on his daughters when they were growing up.
“It was a strict routine. Every day at 6 a.m. he made us eat eggs with ketchup. Somehow that combination…to bulk up,” Sophia said. post. “But then it was sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, cleans and jerks.”
Navy SEAL self-defense training was filmed for the Paramount+ reality series.
The two young women were also tasked with catching chickens during a training session.
“That’s deceptively difficult. I’m not kidding, I went into it a little bit cocky,” Sistine joked. “I got mauled by a chicken.”
Sylvester, 77, is raising three girls with his wife, Jennifer Flavin. Stallone had two boys, Sage and Sargio, with his ex-wife Sasha Zak. Sadly, Sage passed away in 2012 at the age of 36 due to heart disease.
All three girls said their father was overprotective, adding that they didn’t think their actor father would feel completely safe living in New York City. But Sophia said, “Her mom is tracking us on Find My Friends, so it helps that she knows where we are.”
“I don’t think he’ll ever be this nervous,” Sistine said. “He seems like a typical overprotective father. His three daughters are at an age where, you know, they’re going all over the place and going out.”
Stallone’s third daughter Scarlett, 21, lives in Miami, Florida and attends college. She said she was grateful she didn’t have to go through Navy SEALs training sessions.
“I’m so glad I didn’t get involved,” she said.
