A taxi driver with a possible medical episode struck multiple pedestrians, including a 9-year-old boy, in Herald Square on Wednesday afternoon, police and sources said.
Police said the Christmas Day disturbance occurred outside the Macy's store at 34th Street and Sixth Avenue just after 4 p.m.
Six victims were injured, two were taken to Weill Cornell Medical Center and one was taken to Bellevue Hospital.
Officials say all suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Three others were treated at the scene.
Police are still investigating the accident scene, but it appears to have been an accident.
