Morgan Riddle is ready to put a very intense travel period behind her.
Joining Instagram Stories on Monday, the girlfriend of American tennis star Taylor Fritz recalled some turmoil experiences suspected of being “electroded.”
“My hoodie was sucked into an x-ray [machine] This morning at TSA, one of the JFKs reminded me a few years ago that I had to eat my shoes and search for them for 30 minutes, then go on a 10-hour trip with singular shoes.
The fashion influencer then pivoted into a series of disastrous events, explaining, “My edible shoes have revisited unattractive moments of travel for the past few years.”
“Food Poisoning: Paris, Melbourne and Acapulco twice (and therefore why I didn't go this year),” captioned by a slide lying in bed.
Another slide revealed how the invasion and mystery of Airbnb in Santorini, Ibiza and London addressed.
“I happened to be in the residence between all three,” she shared.
Riddle, who has been dating Fritz, 27 since 2020, said the couple “tested positive for Covid and were jailed in an eight-day government quarantine in South Korea.” At the time, Fritz used Riddle as part of his weight training regimen in a hotel room, as seen in clips of his Instagram story.
Riddle then moved to her time in Eastbourne, England, and said she was “electroded” while sharing an image of her injured foot.
Beyond the travel accidents in Shanghai and Amsterdam, she consumed “space brownies” and “eventually cried on the bathroom floor for four hours,” she believed she had “had a heart attack.”
In footage shared on her Instagram story, Riddle zoomed in on the individual standing behind the tree and said, “I had to scream from the hotel guards for help as he and another man chased the beach trying to grab me.”
Riddle said he was warned in advance by the tournament advisor to “don't go out yourself.”
“The story travel moral is fun, but I'm with a woman who's on guard,” concluded Riddle.
With over 400,000 followers on Instagram, Riddle frequently records her journey in supporting Fritz, the world's current fourth place.
The 2024 US Open finalist, who fell to Italian Giannik Sinner in September, will compete next at this week's BNP Paribas Open.
Fritz won the Indian Wells in 2022.
