Taylor Swift experiences an uncomfortable encounter with a fan filming her at the Chiefs game

Taylor Swift is trying to shift focus back to the game.

During the Chiefs and Chargers game at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, the pop star appeared to ask a Kansas City fan not to take a video or photo of her, creating a somewhat awkward interaction.

In a TikTok video, the fan, who had blonde hair, was facing the suite filled with celebrities while Swift was looking ahead at the field.

As the fan lifted her phone to capture the moment, Swift seemed to gesture towards the field, indicating she would prefer if the fan didn’t take the photo.

A man wearing a green shirt and hat, positioned in front of Swift and slightly to the right of the fan, appeared to try to intervene in the situation. Online comments suggest he might have been part of Swift’s security team.

Prior to the fan raising her phone, she seemed to share a few words with the man, who repeatedly waved his hands in a gesture that seemed meant to deter her from taking the photo or video.

After Swift addressed the fan, the security guard moved to guide her away from the window of the suite.

Swift, who made it to Missouri after attending the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles the night before, was seen in a red turtleneck sweater, watching the game alongside Caitlin Clark and Este Haim.

She visibly reacted during the second quarter when her husband, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, made an important catch, contributing to Kansas City’s 22-6 victory over the Chargers.

Kelce completed the game with four receptions totaling 53 yards.

The Chiefs were coming off a bye week, during which Kelce celebrated his 37th birthday in New York with Swift, after attending a Guardians-Rays ALCS game.

During the Gala, Swift performed “The Fate of Ophelia” for the first time, along with “I Knew It, I Knew You” from Pixar’s “Toy Story 5” and her classic hit “Love Story.”

The couple tied the knot on July 3 at Madison Square Garden after being engaged for nearly a year.

The Chiefs, currently undefeated at 5-0, will be on the road for their next two matchups in Seattle and Denver.
